Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Kanset Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and company policies.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews and notify applicants of the results of the selection process.
  • Prepare job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
