Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Stony Plain. In this role, you will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients. Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their health goals.

About the Role

This is a casual part-time or permanent full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Registration (member in good standing) with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision
