Job Overview

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Stony Plain Location. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is a Casual Part Time or Permanent Full time / Independent Contractor position offering a competitive salary of approximately $**80,000 - $110,000 per year** based on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team to develop and execute individualized treatment plans. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals, managing a caseload in a fast-paced environment, and engaging in continuous learning and skills development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Registration (member in good standing) with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
