Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within performance marketing.
  • 10+ years experience in Marketing, with experience executing marketing campaigns and strategies for 30+ clients.
  • Agency experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and attribution models.
  • Expertise in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
