We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Botanist Host to join our team at Accor. As an ambassador of exceptional service and cuisine, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service to our guests.
- Follow up with guests in a timely manner to ensure their needs are met.
- Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure a seamless experience.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Requirements:
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
