Job Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
- Follow up with guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with food and beverage menu items, providing informative and helpful guidance.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensure all safety and sanitation policies are followed when handling food and beverage.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
