Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Specialist. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, maintaining a clean and organized site, and delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized site and project area.
- Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
- Assist with marketing efforts by distributing flyers and promoting our services door-to-door in neighborhoods around our work sites.
Requirements
- Preferably some experience with hands-on work, but no professional experience necessary - we provide training on lawn care and painting/staining services.
- Must have your own car or reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and hardworking.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
Compensation and Benefits
- $15-$20/hour depending on experience and responsibility.
