We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. in London, ON.
About the Role:As an Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience, you will work with children of all ages, providing general and specialized assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering client treatment in our clinic, community, and home settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete comprehensive assessments for children with various disabilities, including Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support children's participation in daily activities and improve their overall well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide support staff with recommendations to enhance children's participation in the classroom.
- Prepare and submit case notes and reports to ensure accurate documentation of client progress.
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Current licensure with COTO.
- Valid CPR certificate and a reliable vehicle.
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
