Job Responsibilities

People Development

  • Manage the hiring process, including recruitment strategy and onboarding new team members.
  • Engage team members through training, coaching, and feedback to promote a positive work environment.
  • Perform people-related actions, such as approving time off requests and updating employee records.
  • Lead ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Customer Experience

  • Lead sales efforts to achieve key performance indicators and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and address issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Direct in-store team members to ensure optimal customer service and efficient store operations.

Operations

  • Manage scheduling and payroll processes to align with company policies and procedures.
  • Plan and manage store inventory, including receiving, processing, and merchandising products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor sell-through to optimize product availability.
  • Effectively manage cash handling and prepare store for inventory audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and minimizing losses.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage and motivate team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to travel overnight for training and business meetings.

Salary Estimate

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
