We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Synergy Health Management Ltd. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and Evaluate Patients
You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities and developing personalized physiotherapy programs to help them achieve their goals.
Plan and Implement Treatment ProgramsYou will work closely with patients to plan and implement effective treatment programs, selecting appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
Communicate with Healthcare ProfessionalsYou will maintain open and effective communication with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
Maintain Accurate RecordsYou will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical and progress records, ensuring that patient information is secure and confidential.
Requirements- Education and Certification
You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and be licensed by provincial or territorial authorities.
Work ExperienceExperience in a physiotherapy setting is an asset, but not required.
Physical DemandsThe role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks, as well as attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
