Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at East Side Mario's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant. Your primary focus will be on supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are always optimal.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting any areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
