Job Opportunity
ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Light Duty Commercial Cleaner and Driver. This role involves working with a partner to clean a set schedule of clients in the Burlington, Oakville, and Milton area. A valid Ontario driver's license is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company-provided vehicle to client locations as per schedule
  • General dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
  • Emptying garbage and recycling
  • Wet cleaning of horizontal surfaces
  • Spot cleaning of walls and glass
  • Sanitizing touchpoints
  • Additional tasks as requested
  • Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
  • Provide exceptional service that exceeds client expectations
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

Requirements
  • Valid Ontario driver's license
  • Communicate in English both written and verbally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial

Working Conditions
There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, extra cleaning precautions are taken and required during the COVID-19 pandemic.
