We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in the Government Services Sector.

About the Role

  • Elevate project success by creating comprehensive outlines, monitoring progress, and executing multi-ministry PSRN projects using a project management framework.
  • Collaborate with Ministry Partner Representatives to ensure seamless execution and deliverables that meet client requirements.
  • Manage project scope-creep, risk register, and project portal to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify, manage, and oversee project resources to deliver on project milestones according to approved project plans.
  • Bridge gaps between Ministry Partner Leads and project teams to ensure project deliverables meet specific requirements.
  • Communicate risks, issues, and status within and across PSRN projects and teams to foster transparency.
  • Prepare Ministry Project Leads for presenting project status reports and milestone achievements to Ministry-specific roll-up and project governance committees.
  • Define, scope, and baseline milestones/deliverables based on transition and steady-state requirements as defined by GMCB project teams.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with expertise in leading large-scale projects and results-driven methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Possess negotiation and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Gantt charts, and RAID logs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills to convey project status and performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and foster strong working relationships.
