Vous êtes chargé de la gestion quotidienne des ressources afin d'optimiser le transport des commandes et des cueillettes pour respecter les horaires établis, les réglementations en vigueur et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie. Vous êtes responsable de la compilation des données nécessaires à la production des analyses servant à mesurer la performance du service de transport et des suivis nécessaires.

Responsabilités

  • Assister le chef pour l'analyse des pénalités reliées au transport ainsi que les contestations qui en sont rattachées.
  • Collaborer avec le chef dans les budgets relatifs aux expéditions des commandes et du transport des produits interentrepôts (produits finis en entreposage externe).
  • Remplacer les coordonnateurs/répartitrice de transport lors de congés et/ou de vacances.
  • Effectuer les relâches de nos commandes via nos entrepôts externes.
  • Gérer les plaintes des clients qui sont reliées au transport et faire les démarches avec toutes les équipes concernées pour trouver des pistes de solution.
  • Effectuer les expéditions et le suivi des livraisons spéciales (ruptures de stock, échantillons, autres demandes non planifiées).
  • Effectuer les suivis avec nos partenaires transporteurs pour s'assurer du respect des délais de livraison.
  • Prendre en charge les demandes d'estimés ou de planification des besoins en transport.
  • Effectuer les demandes de taux auprès des transporteurs, au besoin.
  • S'assurer que toutes les règles et les procédures régissant le transport routier soient appliquées et améliorées dans le temps en fonction des besoins opérationnels.

Compétences requises

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en administration, en logistique ou en gestion des opérations OU expérience équivalente pertinente
  • Connaissance du logiciel SAP, un atout
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Bilinguisme : anglais et français, à l'oral et à l'écrit
