Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Magarezano Family. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential property.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Household Chores: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle and report lost and found items, provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, excellent oral communication, organized.
