Job Title: Housekeeper (Except Private Households)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Skky Hotel Inc. as a key member of our housekeeping staff.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Clean and disinfect public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
