Pharmacy Director

Hello Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our new store in Merritt, BC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and customer data
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and regulatory requirements, including the College of Pharmacists' Code of Ethics
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance
Requirements:
- BC Pharmacy license and good standing with the College of Pharmacists
- Experience with pharmacy software solutions, preferably Kroll
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
