About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Drop Cleaner. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the organization's goals.
  • HR Support: Assist the HR department in planning and implementing recruitment strategies, managing contracts, and overseeing payroll administration.
  • Office Management: Plan and organize daily operations, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Technology: Maintain and manage digital databases, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
