About the Role:

The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales through effective marketing techniques, increasing brand awareness, engagement, and revenue for our clients. This role involves engaging in effective communication with clients and internally, face-to-face communication with potential customers, meeting deadlines and sales targets, creating customer insight and understanding, providing accurate and informative data to clients and upper management, and managing multiple tasks within campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
