Job Title: Material Handler

Rama tiles and flooring ltd is seeking a reliable and physically capable Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas
  • Moving products and materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory levels, including receiving and stocking products
  • Weighing and inspecting products for damage or defects
  • Wrapping and packaging products for shipping
  • Packing and unpacking products for storage or shipping
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking products for storage or shipping
  • Organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
Work Environment:

The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
