Job Summary:
The Transformation Office Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Health Information System (HIS) at Brightshores. This individual will work closely with the Project Director, Chief Medical Information Officer, and other stakeholders to advance the transformation's quantitative benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of clinical transformative goals
- Work closely with senior management to define objectives
- Ensure that digital initiatives align with the organization's clinical goals
- Oversee change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office, Change Manager, and Clinical Informatics Leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Two years' relevant experience in project management or a related field
- Project Management courses/certification preferred
- Experience with Health Information Systems (HIS) and clinical transformation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate team members and see the positive in new and different approaches
Working Conditions:
This role will primarily work remotely with occasional onsite requirements for training, go-live support, or transformation meetings.
