Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all quantitative and qualitative projects conducted by the Market Research team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Assist in project kick-off meetings and team briefings, providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Conduct background research as required to guide development of relevant proposals, questionnaires, and discussion guides, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Participate in safety training, review data, and ensure that any adverse events are reported as required, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage respondent lists and master database, including removal of duplicates, addition of new respondents, updating contact information, and cleaning (consent, CASL), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Oversee coordination of honorarium payments, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Liaise with translation agencies and validate translations, guaranteeing cultural sensitivity and accuracy.
  • Lead online recruitment and interview coordination activities, including invitation drafting, send-outs, telephone calls, faxing, etc., ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Research and compile ad hoc recruitment lists, according to project needs, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Monitor fieldwork and send reminders as needed to ensure attainment of set quotas within set timelines, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Transcribe audio recordings from telephone interviews and/or verify accuracy of software-generated transcriptions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Program online surveys using our market research survey platform tool, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Test and validate programming of online survey links, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct data processing and generate tabulations using our data analytics software, providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Validate tabulations and quantitative data accuracy, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Code open-ended/verbatim responses, ensuring accurate and meaningful analysis.
  • Coordinate and supervise external agencies involved in online survey programming or data processing, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Prepare graphic shells and PowerPoint templates for reporting, ensuring visually appealing and effective communication.
  • Populate shells/graphs with results from computer tabulations, providing clear and concise insights.
  • Validate accuracy of numbers in charts and perform overall report quality check, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Assist with the development of project components, including key findings, reports, presentations, or other client deliverables, demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism.
  • On occasion, may conduct qualitative in-depth telephone or face-to-face interviews, or using online technologies and methodologies, ensuring adaptability and flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a BA/BCom/BSc degree in marketing, business, or life sciences, demonstrating a strong foundation in relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in market research, showcasing a proven track record of success and expertise.
  • Experience in conducting recruitment, data processing, online survey programming, charting, and/or other market research skills, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and adaptability.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector and its challenges.
