Accounting Analyst Role

About the Job

HyLife is seeking a skilled Accounting Analyst to join our team in Neepawa, MB. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, analyzing discrepancies, and addressing overdue invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer accounts and analyze discrepancies
  • Track and review monetary customer claims
  • Compile daily and weekly Accounts Receivable reports
  • Generate reports using production information
  • Ensure metrics and reporting processes align with production effort
  • Assist in reviewing and strengthening Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collaborate in preparing business unit information for reporting and analysis
  • Develop new tools, metrics, and SOPs for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Grade 12; College Diploma in Business preferred
  • Office experience in Accounting
  • Ability to concentrate on tasks and arrange things in a certain order
  • Ability to choose mathematical methods to solve problems
