Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Project Manager to lead the implementation of the HR functionality of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leads the implementation of the HR functionality of the ERP system, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and document HR requirements and business needs.
  • Develops and maintains training materials and facilitates communications to ensure end-user understanding of the ERP system for HR functional and/or process areas.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the ERP system in meeting HR business needs and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Program, or related combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years' experience translating HR business requirements into project requirements preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • In-depth knowledge across a wide spectrum of HR processes, principles, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
