Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team at WheatCity Mobile Mart. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing telecommunications equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cellular network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair telecommunications equipment, including cell towers and network infrastructure
  • Provide on-site customer service, resolving issues and answering questions
  • Test and repair equipment, ensuring optimal network performance
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
