Operations Officer I

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer I to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Operations Officer I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Enter data into our reporting systems using keyboards, computers, and applications
- Compile, sort, and verify data before entering it into our systems
- Locate and correct data entry errors and report them to supervisors or partners
- Compare data with source documents and re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
- Communicate with partners to obtain missing data and ensure it is entered correctly
- 1-2+ years of experience in AML, operations, data entry, regulatory reporting, client onboarding, and/or payments transaction processing
- Previous corporate or financial industry experience
- Self-driven and motivated to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Adaptable to a constantly evolving operating environment
