About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stringed Instrument Repairer to join our team at Wilder & Davis étude. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining stringed musical instruments to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Diagnose Instruments: Carefully examine stringed instruments to identify areas requiring repair or maintenance.
  • Repair and Restore Instruments: Use hand, power, or specialized tools to repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components.
  • Test and Calibrate Instruments: Ensure repaired instruments function properly and are calibrated to meet the highest standards.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure a safe and efficient working environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A certificate or diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience in stringed instrument repair.
