Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant for E-commerce Support to join our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to our e-commerce business. This includes managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products

Provide technical support to customers and internal teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in customer service and/or e-commerce

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web technologies
