Guelph, Ontario, Canada Closing the Gap Healthcare Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Closing the Gap Healthcare. This is a part-time position based in Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and surrounding areas.

As a member of our Team Made for Caring, you will have the opportunity to work independently with pediatric and adult clients in school and home settings on a face-to-face basis. You will be responsible for providing assessments in a home setting based on presenting impairment or diagnosis using standardized assessment tools.

You will partner with our client's family members, caregivers and other healthcare professionals regarding care goals and service plans. To be successful in this role, you must have a Graduate degree from a recognized Post Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology and current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.

A valid Driver's License and the use of a reliable vehicle are also required. While experience providing home-based services is an asset, new graduates are welcome to apply.

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
