Job Summary

The Clinical Operations Manager will play a key role in leading the operational planning and execution of our dental practice, ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

This position requires a strong business acumen, extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting, and excellent leadership skills to drive the implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning & Execution: Develop and execute plans to improve daily operations, ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
  • Compliance & Patient Safety: Partner with Compliance, DC Institute, and Human Resources to ensure compliance with provincial health regulation standards and patient safety protocols.
  • Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement, and retention of patients.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with:

  • University or College Diploma in Business or Office Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, retail sales, or customer service environment
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations, including staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management
  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office preferred
