Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Specialist to join our team at Rangeela Ajax. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.

Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensure timely ordering and restocking.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality food service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
