Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizzahut Martensville. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working together effectively to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to our management team, highlighting areas for improvement and successes.
- Assembly of Trays: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Accessibility Training: Provide awareness training to our staff to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Inclusive Recruitment: Apply accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities.
- Newcomer Support: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Youth Employment: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Veteran Support: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
- Indigenous Support: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Mature Worker Support: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers.
