Job Title: Marketing Director, Creative Content

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to position Relay as the leading business banking solution.
  • Lead a team of content managers to create high-quality, engaging content across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful growth in registrations, approvals, and brand awareness.
  • Measure and analyze content performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
  • Manage external resources, such as freelance writers and designers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of content marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Experience leading content teams and developing innovative content strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform content decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for small businesses and their owners/operators, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
