About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fishmonger to join our team at B&C Food Distributors. As a Fishmonger, you will be responsible for handling and preparing fresh seafood products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Preparation: Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
  • Product Cutting and Preparation: Cut fish into steaks and fillets, and prepare special orders to meet customer demands.
  • Display and Presentation: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attract customers and promote sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our seafood products.
