About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fishmonger to join our team at B&C Food Distributors. As a Fishmonger, you will be responsible for handling and preparing fresh seafood products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Fish and Shellfish: Ensure that all seafood products are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards.
  • Cut Fish into Steaks and Fillets: Utilize your expertise to cut fish into steaks and fillets, meeting the demands of our customers.
  • Prepare Special Orders: Handle special orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Special Displays of Meats, Poultry and Fish Products: Create visually appealing displays of our seafood products, showcasing their quality and freshness.
  • Shape, Lace and Tie Roasts, Other Meats, Poultry and Seafood: Utilize your skills to shape, lace, and tie roasts and other seafood products, adding value to our offerings.
