Payroll Officer

At LOVELY PAO MANUFACTURING CORP., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, as well as maintaining employee records and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare statements of earnings for employees, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime, using manual or computerized systems.
- Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentation for administration of benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
- Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Criminal Record Check: Required.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate records and perform tasks with attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliability: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
