Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining room.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources on hand.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our high expectations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory and purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
