Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Mountain View Resort & Suites is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate reports to management.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
