About the Role
Xpera is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and adjusting property claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate property claims to determine cause and extent of damage
- Negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements with policyholders and claimants
- Perform duties in compliance with established work standards, policies, and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in claims
- Ability to qualify for at least a Level 1 AB Adjuster's license
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
