Job Title: Causal Before and After School Care Assistant

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Before and After School Care Assistant to join our team at School District #33 (Chilliwack). This is a casual position, requiring availability Monday to Friday to replace employees who are absent for less than six months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and guidance to children in a before and after school setting
  • Assist with daily activities, including homework help and snack time
  • Establish a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Responsible Adult/RA certification
  • Relevant work experience in childcare or a related field
