Job Description: Senior Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Software Support Engineer based out of our Toronto Office. As a Senior Technical Solutions Specialist, you will provide Level 2 customer support for our Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. Your key responsibilities include engaging with customers, customer experience teams, software engineers, and product management teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strong technical background, and effective communication to ensure a positive experience for all Enhesa's customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing second-level technical support to end users in identifying and resolving production issues.
  • Triage customer issues, including reproducing the issue, analyzing application logs, and determining probable cause.
  • Understanding and documenting data flows and code functions.
  • Serving as an escalation point for complex support issues.
  • Performing application testing due to data and/or application changes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting SaaS applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Internet/cloud-based solutions, APIs, and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with SQL and .NET C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core).
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other IT ticketing and documentation software.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
