About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Development Lead to join our team at IBM Consulting. As a key member of our delivery center, you will work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement standard and custom SAP WRICEF solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining requirements, creating architectural specifications, and ensuring feasibility analysis and integration with existing systems/platforms. You will also be responsible for leading client meetings, working closely with clients to discuss ideas/solutions, and reviewing timelines.

In addition, you will be responsible for on-time delivery with right quality, knowledge transfer to support team, and translating requirements to offshore team. You will also participate in software patches and upgrades within the landscape and update the status to client-side leads.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP programming & design with 7.40 syntax, OOABAP, CDS, and ODATA to handle project tasks independently.
  • 10+ years of experience in BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCASAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).
  • Experience in designing and development skill in any of Flexible workflow, FIORI, RAP or BOPF, Module pool programming, Smart forms and Adobe forms Improvements (User exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, BTE, Substitution and validations), Workflows.
  • Perform Coding, Testing and QA in ABAP, HANA, BRF+, Web Dynpro.
