Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Development Lead to join our team at IBM Consulting in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing standard and custom SAP WRICEF solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and development of standard and custom SAP WRICEF solutions
  2. Defining requirements and creating architectural specifications
  3. Feasibility analysis and integration with existing systems/platforms
  4. Working with clients to deliver high-priority issues on WRICEF objects
  5. Interfaces with IDOC, PROXY, File Transfer, RFC, and real-time interfaces
  6. Leading client meetings related to design solutioning
  7. Collaborating with the client to discuss ideas, issues, and review timelines
  8. Responsible for on-time delivery with right quality
  9. Knowledge transfer to support team on developments and projects
  10. Responsible for translating requirements to offshore team and supporting team members
  11. Functional specifications analysis, writing, and reviewing technical specifications
  12. Code review and testing
  13. Participating in software patches and upgrades within the landscape
  14. Weekly meetings and updating status to client-side leads

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of ABAP programming and design with 7.40 syntax, OOABAP, CDS, and ODATA
  2. Experience in designing and development skills in Flexible workflow, FIORI, RAP, or BOPF, Module pool programming, Smart forms, and Adobe forms Improvements
  3. Performing coding, testing, and QA in ABAP, HANA, BRF+, Web Dynpro
  4. 10+ years of experience
  5. BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA in SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)

About the Role:

This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions. If you are a Foreign National from any of the following US sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine) on a work permit, you are not eligible for employment in this position.
