About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead complex projects, guiding teams through development and integration to ensure seamless execution. As the Technical Lead, Digital Commerce and Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with high-level architecture and functional designs.
  • Providing detailed technical documentation, feasibility assessments, and ensuring sustainable solutions from both technical and business process perspectives.
  • Acting as a liaison between IT and business teams to define/refine technical requirements, validate estimates, and troubleshoot complex project issues.
  • Setting performance objectives, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting career development for direct reports.
About the Team

You will work closely with Innovation and Business Units that request IT Solutions and will have 1 direct report. We help local Co-ops grow and thrive by offering a range of professional services, including marketing, market research, information technology, human resources, accounting, risk management, and business development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of software development and implementation experience, including 3+ years working with Java or .NET, Spring Framework, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Relational and noSQL databases, Git, RPA concepts and toolsets (Power Automate or UI Path), API Gateways (like IBM's Cloud Pack For Integration), WebSphere Application Server, IIS, or related server software.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related area.
  • TOGAF certification is an asset. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud is an asset.
