As part of a dynamic student services team, the successful candidate will work with multiple university stakeholders and Project Leads to support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of the student experience.
The Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator will provide daily administrative and scheduling support to the Registrar & AVP Student Life, while organizing relevant Senate and Senate subcommittee reports, presentations, and communications.
About the RoleThe Registrar & AVP, Student Life oversees a wide range of student services and supports, including Recruitment, Admissions, Registration, Transfer Credit, Funding and Awards, Counselling, Accessibility, Learning Strategist supports, Writing supports, International advising, First Nation Student Navigators, Student Engagement and Peer Mentorship programming.
The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing multiple ongoing projects while responding to shifting priorities during peak periods.
As a member of an engaged academic community, the Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator will nurture and maintain respectful relationships across the campus, and share our values of integrity, inclusivity and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Registrar & AVP Student Life
- Organize relevant Senate and Senate subcommittee reports, presentations, and communications
- Support project development across the Office of the Registrar and the division of Student Success
- Work with multiple university stakeholders and Project Leads to support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of the student experience
