Job Description

At PWO Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet international codes, customer specifications, and company standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure manufacturing processes follow best practices.
  2. Collaborate with Project Managers and Quality Engineers on new and continuous improvement projects.
  3. Create and manage protocols, specifications, and progress from design to implementation.
  4. Implement continuous improvement activities to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  5. Analyze processes and initiatives for safety, preventative maintenance, process optimization, and upgrade purposes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a process engineering role in a similar automotive production environment.
  • Strong understanding of international codes, customer specifications, and company standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
