Manufacturing Process Engineer for Innovative Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at S&T Automation Controls Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement manufacturing processes that optimize production flow, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes
- Analyze and troubleshoot process-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools, such as kaizen events and value stream mapping
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
