We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at BrokerLink Insurance. As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their insurance goals.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Service: Analyze client needs, counsel on insurance options, and recommend coverage to meet their needs.
- Lead Generation: Develop business relationships with individual and group clientele to generate new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on underwriting rules and workflow processes to provide accurate and timely service to clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Time Management: Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Education: High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
- Insurance License: Valid insurance license for the Province of Newfoundland or willingness to obtain same.
- Industry Accreditation: Industry accreditation (CAIB, CIP) is an asset.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
