Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at Laura Watson. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and supervision to infants and children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Engage in activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development in children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and education.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry children and perform other job-related tasks.

  • Working with children in a home-based setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
