Job Title: Childcare Provider

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Provider to join our team at Laura Watson. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities and programs to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes rest periods, playtime, and educational activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition for children.
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment that meets health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry children and perform other job-related tasks.
